Limits and errors
Rate limits, HTTP errors and tool errors.
Limits
Each account can make 60 tool calls a minute, counted over the last minute. Refused calls count too. Other requests (initialize, tools/list, resources) are not counted. In a JSON-RPC batch, each tool call counts; if the batch would go over, the whole batch is refused.

Tool errors
A tool that cannot answer returns a normal result with isError: true and a message, for example:
